Research and Design of Collaborative Model of Seismic Intensity Assessment
Abstract:      According to the national emergency architecture, we carried out the study of seismic intensity collaborative assessment model based on synergetic concept, collaborative working methods and support in this paper. A set of rapid assessment mode of earthquakes intensity based on the collaboration of experts in seismic industry was designed initially. Based on this mode, the corresponding prototype system was designed and implemented, which has been continuously verified and improved in earthquake emergency management of several devastating earthquakes since have been deployed and commissioned at early 2016.

地震烈度协同评估模式研究与设计
摘要:    本文以我国应急体系架构为基础,开展了基于协同理念的地震烈度协同评估模式、协同工作方式以及方法支撑等方面的研究,初步设计1套基于地震行业专家资源协同工作的地震烈度快速评估模式,并实现了相应的原型系统。该原型系统自2016年初部署试运行以来,在数次破坏性地震的震后应急应用中得到不断验证和完善。
